Join Jody and special guest, reflexologist, Susan Welsh for a rejuvenating 120-minute Hatha/Restore yoga experience where gentle reflexology is performed on the feet throughout the practice while you rest in each posture. This unique integration of touch and movement is designed to harmonize body and mind from the ground up.

The hands and feet are said to be maps of the entire body. As Susan applies reflexology techniques to specific points on the feet during each pose, tension melts away, circulation improves, and the body’s natural healing response is activated. Combined with restorative yoga, these modalities create a powerful synergy—calming the nervous system, supporting immunity, and easing chronic tension and fatigue.
