Join Lauren for a gentle introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as “tapping.” A simple, evidence-informed practice that combines acupressure and mindful focus to help calm the body, regulate stress, and support emotional well-being.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn what EFT tapping is, how it works, and how to use it as a practical tool for everyday stress, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, and creating a greater sense of calm and balance.
Expect guided tapping exercises, nervous system education, reflection, and a supportive space to pause, breathe, and reset.
