On the seventh night of Navratri, we honor Kalaratri - a fierce form of the Divine Mother who invites us to face what is ready to be released and surrender what we no longer need to carry.

We’ll begin with a short intention-setting ceremony, creating space to name what you’re ready to soften, release, or place in the hands of something larger than yourself.

This sound journey will move through release into ease. We’ll begin with the deep, powerful resonance of the gongs, creating space to soften our grip, move stagnant energy, and surrender what has reached its end. From there, crystal singing bowls will guide us into a gentler landscape of rest, spaciousness, and integration.

You don’t need to know what you’re ready to release. This is simply an invitation to listen, soften, and allow sound to carry you through.
