Join us on June 20th for a heart-centered evening in celebration of the Summer Solstice — a powerful seasonal turning point and an invitation to pause, reflect on what is unfolding within, and honor the light at its fullest as the season gently begins to turn inward.
Together, we’ll gather in intentional community to share ceremonial cacao and be guided through mantra, meditation, reflection, integration, and immersive sound healing. Through breath, sacred sound, stillness, and intentional presence, we’ll create space to soften, release, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
Mantra will be offered as a grounding and heart-opening practice, using sacred sound and Sanskrit vibrations to calm the mind and deepen inner awareness. Cacao, a gentle heart-opening plant medicine, will support us in arriving more fully into the body and present moment.
