Join Sarina for a 90 minute restorative experience designed to guide you into deep ease and supported stillness. True restorative yoga is the practice of effortlessness, a space where the body is fully held and the nervous system can soften into safety. We will settle into postures for extended periods, using props to provide total and complete support. These shapes are not meant to create a stretch but to offer comfort, spaciousness, and a gentle return to yourself.
