Leave perfection at the door and come explore different art forms through a lens of curiosity, joy, and community! Art classes held at Beyond Yoga will meet once monthly to explore different mediums and topics, led by Mickey Thiry.
April 11th (Saturday from 2pm-4pm) Watercolor Exploration: This instructional watercolor workshop is designed for both beginning painters and those who already enjoy working with watercolor. We’ll begin by centering as a group, then move into a short overview of watercolor materials, techniques, and how the medium behaves. Participants will be guided through structured exercises to practice foundational skills such as brush control, layering, and color blending. The class will conclude with dedicated time to apply these techniques by painting a still life, allowing for supported exploration and individual expression.
