The Benefits of Small Yoga Classes for Beginners

Trying yoga for the first time can feel intimidating, especially when entering a new space and unfamiliar environment. At Beyond Yoga, we intentionally keep our classes small, with a maximum of 15 students, to help create a more welcoming and supportive experience.
Smaller class sizes allow for more one-on-one guidance, posture variations, and space to explore the practice in a way that feels supportive for your body. Our goal is to create an environment where students feel seen, comfortable, and encouraged to move with curiosity and self-awareness. Many students share that the smaller setting feels calmer, more grounded, and less intimidating — especially when stepping into yoga for the first time.
