Beginner Yoga Classes: What to Expect at Beyond Yoga

At Beyond Yoga, we believe yoga should feel approachable, supportive, and accessible to every body. Our beginner yoga classes are designed for those who are new to the practice or simply looking for a slower, more intentional pace. Offered twice a week, these classes create space to explore movement, breath, and connection while being gently guided through the foundations of the practice.


Our classes are intentionally kept small so that we can provide guidance and support within the postures. In our space, there is never pressure to keep up, perform, or look a certain way. We encourage you to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and meet yourself exactly where you are. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after time away, we would be honored to support you in your practice.
