What is a Behavior Change Coach?

I’ve learned over the years that the change people seek for themselves must come from deep within. True transformation can’t be forced by someone else—it’s a journey that the individual must choose for themselves. My role as a behavior change coach is to help you uncover what’s possible, build your confidence with affirmations, and celebrate your accomplishments—especially when you feel like you've done nothing toward your goal.
I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients, from those looking to improve their organizational skills to those wanting to leave their corporate job and build a business. Regardless of the specific goal, my role is always the same: to provide an outside perspective and ask the tough questions that spark new insights. More often than not, my clients leave a session with one powerful question in their minds, and when we meet again two weeks later, they return with a completely different perspective.
Think of me as your passenger on this journey. You are in the driver’s seat of your life, and I’m here to help guide, support, and occasionally point out new routes. At the beginning of our work together, we will meet every two weeks, gradually moving to three-week intervals, then monthly, and finally as needed—always on your terms. I am also available for quick check-ins via text or email whenever you need guidance or have a question.
As your coach, we focus on your future and the vision you have for your life. One of the first steps I take with new clients is to have them complete an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessment. This tool helps me identify areas where we can level up to support your goals. Backed by 40 years of research, I’ve found this assessment to be incredibly accurate and insightful. Sample Assessment
